We even discussed custom integrations and Plug and Play Platforms.
Let’s check out some of the questions which were discussed in the Webinar and their respective answers:
1. I’m using an old version of Magento 1.x series. Does that have the same capabilities on integration?
Ans: The API capabilities of Magento 2.x series is of course more advanced. But the 1.x series too had a robust and quite extensive set of API offering, so you can expect the same depth of integration.
2. What are the possibilities of integrating extra features that I add with extensions on Magento?
Ans: Most of the off-the-shelf extensions you can get from the Marketplace comes with APIs. In case it doesn’t come with APIs by default, owing to the architecture of Magento any application can take the benefit of Magento’s integration framework. The whole data structure is maintained in EAV models which can expose themselves to the external world easily.
3. Does APPSeCONNECT charge based on the volume of data synced between Magento any other application?
Ans: No, APPSeCONNECT doesn’t have any limitations on the volume of data synced. You can have any number of SKUs , Orders, etc. synced. All the data will flow through your network.
