ProcessFlows You Can Automate

  • Sync the newly onboarded Customer(s) and their details from Shopify to Dynamics Finance & Operations. The following Customer details will be synced in the business lineup:

    • Customer ID
    • Name
    • Email ID
    • City, Country
    • Address Lines
    • Phone Number

  • Sync any updated details of each Customer from Shopify to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with the following details:

    • Name
    • Email Id
    • City, Country
    • Address Lines
    • Phone Number
  • Sync newly added Products from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to Shopify with the following details:

    • Products
    • Product Name
    • Type
    • Price
    • SKU

Note: Following important attributes need to be configured properly for Simple Products in Dynamics 365 F&O to make the Product Sales Order ready.

  • Sync and update Product Inventory update from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to Shopify based on the Item Inventory ID and designated site(s) maintained in the ERP.

Note: Location Code needs to be maintained accurately to sync Inventory details in Shopify.

  • Sync newly placed Sales Orders from Shopify to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with the following Order details:

    • Order Number
    • Name
    • Billing Address and Shipping Address
    • Product Name
    • SKU
    • Price
    • Quantity

Note: Tax Codes will need to be defined properly in both Shopify and Dynamics 365 F&O to get accurate calculation.

  • Sync newly created Invoices from Shopify to Dynamics 365 Business Central with the following details:

    • Order Number
    • Customer Name
    • Billing Address
    • Currency
    • Date
    • Invoice Number
    • Item Number
    • Type
    • SKU
    • Unit Price
    • Quantity
    • Line Amount
    • UOM
  • Sync Shipment/Fulfillment details like Order Fulfillment Status and Tracking Number for every Sales Orders from Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to Shopify.
