APPSeCONNECT recently received an integration requirement where we encountered the following scenario:
Typically, the creation of a Sales Order document takes place within SAP Business One, specifically under the Sales A/R Module. With our ShipWorks and SAP Business One integration, all such sales orders generated in SAP Business One are respectively synchronized in the Orders section of ShipWorks Cloud.
This synchronization includes all line items and associated information from the order, which are reflected in the Order records within ShipWorks. However, it’s important to note that there is a minimum delay of approximately 10 minutes for this information to become visible in the ShipWorks application. This delay is inherent to Shipworks and is a default feature of their system.
