Syncing Deals as Sales Quotation
Any ‘Deals’ that are created in Pipedrive usually sync under the Sales Opportunities Module in SAP B1. However, as per the requirement we had received, our ProcessFlow syncs the deals from Pipedrive under the Sales Quotation Module of SAP Business One.
The benefit of this integration is that line Items and related information associated with the deal gets reflected in the Sales Quotations of SAP Business One, but not in the Sales Opportunity module. So it’s better for deals to directly sync in sales quotations.

Sales Quotation Conversion
In the next step of this integration, APPSeCONNECT automates the sales order synchronization. Whenever a Sales Quotation is approved, it will get converted into a Sales Order in SAP B1. Once converted, APPSeCONNECT’s ProcessFlow will automatically sync that information to update the status of the deal in PipeDrive.
As a result, the Deal Status will be changed to “Won” in Pipedrive. This will give sales representatives a clear idea about deal conversion, allowing them to process and close the deal faster and on priority.
