Customer (Add/Update)
Through our NetSuite Kibo integration, new customers registered on Kibo Commerce website will be synced to NetSuite, with all the details such as billing & shipping address, customer information, email ID, phone number, etc.
Since Customer sync works bidirectionally, any updates made to a customer in NetSuite will be synced to Kibo Commerce with all the details, and vice versa.
Product (Add/Update)
Products listed in NetSuite will be synced as Products under Catalog in Kibo Commerce. The Item WebID will be synced back to NetSuite from Kibo Commerce.
Since Product sync works bidirectionally, updates made to existing products with details in NetSuite will also be synced to Kibo Commerce.
Updates made to any product in NetSuite (where product is already available in Kibo Commerce), the details will be synced to Kibo Commerce as well.
Inventory
Inventory level updates via Inventory Adjustment under Transaction Document in NetSuite will be synced to Kibo Commerce, updating the item quantity in Kibo Commerce.
Sales Order
New orders placed on the Kibo Commerce website will be synced to NetSuite as Sales Transaction Entry under the Sales section, with all the details such as items orders, amount, shipping charges, associated tax, customer information, etc.
Order Fulfillment
Any order fulfillment from the Order Fulfillment section under Sales in NetSuite will be synced to Kibo Commerce with details such as tracking number, shipping method, etc.
