- This ProcessFlow will integrate the newly onboarded Customer(s) and associated details in the business line-up from Shopify to NetSuite.
- The following Customer(s) details will be synced: Name, Email Id, Phone No., Addresses.
02 Product Add and Price Update
NetSuite to Shopify
- This ProcessFlow is featured to sync Product(s) from NetSuite to Shopify with following details: Name, Type, SKU, Description, Weight, Weight Unit.
- This ProcessFlow will also update the Product Price(s) from NetSuite to Shopify with following details: Price based on SKU.
03 Customer and Sales Order Add
Shopify to NetSuite
- This ProcessFlow will integrate the newly placed Order(s) from Shopify to NetSuite and associated following details: Order Number, Name, Email Id, Phone No., Billing Address, Shipping Address and for the Order Line Item(s) Attributes are Product ID, Quantity, Unit Price, Tax Code.
- Moreover, an Order for a New Customer will be synced as well followed by the Customer Creation first.
04 Inventory Update

Our NetSuite integration uses base NetSuite REST APIs to communicate data to and from Shopify. It uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate the request to APIs and securely transfer data based on the logic you define during integration. Occasionally, it can also sync data to and from NetSuite RESTlet APIs, connecting to custom tables or any base objects.
It can use SuiteAnalytics APIs to fetch analytics data, making it available to the integration platform.
On the other hand, to interact with Shopify, APPSeCONNECT uses both GraphQL and REST APIs. Shopify introduces GraphQL which is eventually being replaced from REST APIs. As both of them are still part of their API stack, APPSeCONNECT supports both of them to sync data to Shopify.
Shopify also offers WebHook based APIs for real time communication, and APPSeCONNECT also provides ways to connect Shopify using Webhooks.
If you have exposed your custom table through a NetSuite RESTlet API, we can readily consume it via our platform. Additionally, we can expose your custom table using an extension that provides generic APIs to consume any object from NetSuite ERP.
Once your data is available on the platform, it can be sent to any other application as needed.
The connector employs best practices in iPaaS one-way sync to synchronize data efficiently between apps. It stores the maximum date from a data packet in its system, using it to generate future requests. This ensures idempotence in data sync. Additionally, the platform checks for data duplication before final synchronization with the target application.
APPSeCONNECT NetSuite integration services do not store any PII or credit card information. While sensitive data is masked during transit, if raw data transfer to NetSuite is required, the platform can facilitate this securely. Sensitive information is never stored within the system.
Specific B2B features like Purchase Order, Custom Pricing, Quotations, Discounts, Companies, Credit Limit etc. are all supported to be synced to NetSuite. If you want to maintain specific store for your B2B customers rather than have a blended store, you can still use APPSeCONNECT to sync those back to NetSuite.
Yes, the NetSuite integration scheduler lets you configure syncs at daily, hourly, or minute intervals. You can adjust the frequency to meet your needs.
Yes, you can sync customers independently of order data. The Shopfy API enables syncing of customer data, even for those who haven’t placed an order. This feature is useful for creating targeted campaigns in CRM applications.
APPSeCONNECT automatically tracks every data which pass through the platform. It identifies the primary key of each data packet and stores them into a list which we call Sync Info. You can go to the platform anytime to Resync the failed entries, provided the data is perfect for a sync.
Additionally, the platform allows you to intelligently resync the data automatically and retry them at an interval scheduled by you. In case you still have some failed data in the system, we will ensure to notify you through emails at regular intervals.
