Orders

New web orders placed on Amazon will be synced to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations under a default/one time customer.
The following details will also be synced from Amazon to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations:
- Proper item details
- Item pricing
- Taxes
- Shipping charges
- Discounts
- Billing and shipping address.

Items

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Item Master and Amazon Items will be mapped using the ASIN code.
Item Information Updates as well as Price Updates will be synced from Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to Amazon. Such Updates will be reflected within Amazon Product Catalogue.

Inventory

In Amazon FBA Model, Amazon manages the merchant’s Inventory. Thus, APPSeCONNECT will provide a Daily FBA Inventory Report as a CSV/Excel within an FTP/SFTP folder, providing a comprehensive view to the merchant.
This Item-wise report will show important quantities such as
- Quantity Sent to Amazon
- In Transit Quantity
- Received Quantity at Amazon FC
- Discarded/Rejected Quantity at Amazon FC
- Sold Quantity
- Quantity Returned from Customers
- Available Quantity.

Shipment / Fulfillment

Shipments created by Amazon FBA Merchant within Amazon FBA login will be synced back to create an automatic Stock Transfer Order with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Returns

Amazon Seller Central Order Returns will be synced to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation as Sales Return.
Order Return information like Line items, Taxes, Shipping Charges, Discounts from Discount Coupons will also be synced from Amazon Seller Central to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation Order Return to provide accurate Order Return Total.

Invoice

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Invoice will be synced to Amazon Seller Central as Invoice against Amazon Sales Order.
This process is only applicable for EU marketplaces. Marketplaces where the invoice sync is possible are Spain, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland & Sweden.

Orders

Shipment / Fulfillment

Shipments created in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations against Amazon Web Orders will sync Shipment Updates to Amazon using Feed.
Order Status will be changed and Tracking data will be added to Amazon Seller Central.

Returns

Amazon Seller Central Order Returns will be synced to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation as Sales Return.
Order Return information like Line items, Taxes, Shipping Charges, Discounts from Discount Coupons will also be synced from Amazon Seller Central to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation Order Return to provide accurate order return total.

Invoice

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Invoice will be synced to Amazon Seller Central as Invoice against Amazon Sales Order.
