INSYNCHRONY is INSYNC’s biggest and the most awaited annual corporate event – an event showcasing all the great achievements made over a financial year and talk about groundbreaking innovations, learn about the latest product developments, get updates on business partners, gather great customer insights, and above all, bring the new team members in sync. Adapting to the changing times, INSYNC has successfully executed both virtual and hybrid INSYNCHRONY in 2020 and 2021, respectively. Despite their remarkable success, nothing can top an annual event held in person where the entire team gets the opportunity to interact and catch up. After two long years, INSYNC hosted its grand annual physical event, INSYNCHRONY 2022 on 9th April at ibis, Kolkata.
The tide of change has transformed businesses and customers forever. Embracing this change, APPSeCONNECT has reshaped itself into a modern and intelligent BPA Platform that works seamlessly with any industry vertical. It is not just a platform, but a tool to connect anything one can imagine. It brings to you a range of powerful new features, a new look, and a whole new experience.

Rise of an Intelligent BPA Platform
INSYNCHRONY 2022 marked the end of a very successful financial year of 2021. The event saw a near-perfect attendance of the team, and a full house, beaming with enthusiasm. The day was inaugurated by the engaging Keynote delivered by CEO, Atul Gupta, which aligned all the team members, veterans and the freshers, to the newly reimagined APPSeCONNECT and the vision we hold for the future. This year, APPSeCONNECT, powered by INSYNC reinforced the idea that the future is Automation and laid down the roadmap for the new upcoming year.
Expect only to witness the robustness of the platform and the expertise of our team to grow in the future, and an expanded focus, directed towards multiple app support through an intelligent BPA platform, driven by our visual integration designer, ProcessFlow. The keynote focused on the guidelines that would propel us to achieve business growth of years within months and laid the roadmap to become a complete singular integration tool for an enterprise. To accomplish this, a reshaped mission and vision have been put together and the team is unanimously set in motion to achieve it!
It takes a lot of skill, perseverance, and consistency to reshape a brand. INSYNC took a moment to celebrate the Integration Superheroes, that is the leadership team who orchestrated the entire workflow and made the All-New-APPSeCONNECT happen. They have worked tirelessly to give you the quality you deserve and expect from APPSeCONNECT.
Departmental Dashboard from Automation Champs!
Insightful departmental dashboards were presented which gave the entire team an inside scoop into the individual departments and be on the same page, followed by a fun introduction session for all.
The Product Engineering team gave us an enriching overview on the revolution they are bringing in Business Process Automation, delivered by Samarendra Ghosh, Abhishek Sur, Koushik Dey, Debashree Paul, and Suvajit Malik. They showcased our growth from point-to-point integration to a Business Process Automation platform and their land & expand strategies for 100% ARR growth. An excellent demo by Abhishek Sur also gave a deep dive look into the power of ProcessFlow.
A super creative and engaging dashboard was presented by Jhilik Dasgupta, that spoke about the refreshed new look of APPSeCONNECT, laid down the blueprint for every facet of the Marketing Department and discussed all the innovative strategies they have in store.
An enthusiastic and data-driven report from the Sales Team was delivered by Subhajit Goswami, that detailed all the big sales figures and the reputed brands we bagged over the last financial year.
Avijit Paul and Md. Riaz presented an effective overview on behalf of the Customer Success Department, about how they have diligently provided support to our customers and showcased all our top integrations that our customers are implementing currently, and thus focus on curating a more targeted experience for them.
A wonderfully detailed dashboard was presented by Sanjib Adhikary on IT & Support that elaborated on our implementation of SCCM, and digital security infrastructure that ensures a seamless technology experience for our team members and robust data security for both us, and our customers alike.
Last but not least, the most-awaited and fun presentation was delivered by Sagorika Goswami, from the Human Resources Department. They delivered the presentation on the importance of workplace design, physical as well as digital, organizational design that drives innovation and diversity of thoughts and experience design where vacation and work find harmony through Workcation.
Fun Begins Here
Amidst all the serious business discussions INSYNC made sure to incorporate fun elements into the day right from the start for the attendees. The day began sharp at 9 am with an elaborate breakfast that was as appealing to the eye as it was for the palate. After a wonderful dashboard session, at 2 pm a sumptuous lunch was served that consisted of delicacies ranging from Indian to Thai dishes accompanied by desserts.
INSYNC recognized the integration stars who displayed exemplary performance over the years and paved the way for the newbies to emulate. Let’s take a quick look at the RISING STARS, SHINING STARS & SUPERSTARS of INSYNC.
To keep the energy flowing there were fun games that the teams played together. It not only brought out the light and creative side in us but also helped us find the hidden gems among us and spot the ones with quirky talents and a funny bone. Cool merchandise like APPSeCONNECT t-shirts, stickers and cutouts of our mascot for selfies were available at the swag counter. A photo contest was also held on social media for our in-house social influencers.
Just when we thought that this INSYNCHRONY couldn’t get any better, a bombastic after-party involving evening snacks, beverages, music and dance which was the ideal ice breaker for both old and new team members to network and connect. The entire team at APPSeCONNECT is charged up to bring forth another fruitful year and serve businesses with the same vigor and creativity.
