Items
- Item Master Data from Dynamics 365 F&O can be synced to WooCommerce as Simple and Configurable Products.
- Items with variants will sync seamlessly from ERP to WooCommerce.
- For B2C, a fixed pricelist in Dynamics 365 F&O will act as the base price for WooCommerce.
- Quantity level discounts can also sync from ERP to WooCommerce, and the integration supports listing prices in multiple currencies.
Inventory
- Warehouse and site-specific on-hand quantities available for sale in Dynamics 365 F&O will sync to WooCommerce.
- Automatic stock updates from ERP to WooCommerce prevent overcommitting during the eCommerce sales process.
Shipment
- Once sales orders are fulfilled in ERP, shipments are processed in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Any tracking numbers associated with shipments are maintained in the system.
- Shipment updates from ERP will sync to WooCommerce, updating the web order status accordingly.

Sales Order

- B2B customers in Dynamics 365 F&O and WooCommerce can be mapped, with customer additions and updates syncing bidirectionally between ERP and eCommerce.
Pricelist
- B2B customer-specific pricelists in Dynamics 365 F&O will sync to WooCommerce to offer tailored pricing for B2B customers.
- Quantity discounts will also sync from ERP to WooCommerce to maintain accurate discounts in the eCommerce portal.
