BigCommerce + SAP B2C
Orders
- Newly placed web orders in BigCommerce will be synced to SAP Business One as Sales Orders.
- The following order details will be synced from the ERP sales order:
- Item details
- Order Number
- Quantity
- Item Price
- Discounts
- Billing and shipping address
- Taxes and Shipping Charges
- Tax, Shipping Charges and Discounts can be configured in Line Level/Document level within the SAP Business One Sales Order.
Invoice / Payment
- Online payments in BigCommerce will be synced to SAP Business One as A/R Reserve Invoice and Incoming Payments.
- This will contain the Online Payment Transaction ID for proper Payment Reconciliation.
Item
- Item Master Data from SAP Business One can be selectively synced to BigCommerce as Simple and Variant product types.
- A pre-defined pricelist from SAP Business One will also be synced to BigCommerce and will act as the product base price in BigCommerce.
- Any update to items or item details will also be synced from SAP Business One to BigCommerce.
Inventory / Warehouse / Stock
- One or multiple warehouses in SAP Business One will be mapped and synced with one or multiple Inventory locations of BigCommerce for accurate stock update from SAP Business One to BigCommerce.
- Stock can be picked up from SAP Business One in any of the below combinations:
- In Stock
- In Stock – Committed
- In Stock – Committed + Ordered
Fulfillment / Shipment
- Delivery in SAP Business One with tracking number will be synced to update BigCommerce web order status and add a Shipment Tracking No. In BigCommerce.
BigCommerce Enterprise Bundle B2B
All B2C integration features are already included – Order, Invoice, Item, Inventory, Shipment +
Contacts and Business Partners
- Business Partners (Company and Contacts) in SAP Business One will be synced to BigCommerce as B2B Companies & Contacts.
- Any updates to SAP Business One Business Partners information will also be synced to BigCommerce and mapped with the B2B companies.
Pricelist
- Pricelists defined in SAP Business One will be synced to BigCommerce as B2B Pricelists to help achieve customer-specific pricing in BigCommerce B2B.
- Any update to product prices or pricelists in SAP Business One will also be synced to BigCommerce B2B pricelists.
Offline Orders
- Any offline orders received and created in SAP Business One will be synced to BigCommerce against a new/existing B2B customer.
- Any update to offline orders in SAP Business One will also be synced to BigCommerce and update the B2B customer.
B2B Invoices
- B2B customer invoices created in SAP Business One will be synced to BigCommerce Enterprise Bundle B2B for online payment.
- Online payment information within BigCommerce will be synced to SAP Business One, creating Incoming Payments in the ERP
B2C Customers (Add/Update)
Both B2B and B2C customers will be segregated by pre-defined customer groups in BigCommerce and SAP Business One.
- New registered customers on BigCommerce will be synced to SAP Business One with all the details such as Name, Phone number, email ID, shipping and billing address, etc. In this case, email ID will be considered as a unique identifier in pulling the data.
- Any updates made to existing customers in BigCommerce will also be synced to SAP Business One.
B2B Customers (Add)
Both B2B and B2C customers will be segregated by pre-defined customer groups in BigCommerce and SAP Business One.
- New registered B2B company, Contact Person Accounts and Sales Reps will be synced to BigCommerce from SAP Business One with all the details.
- In case of Sales Reps, APPSeCONNECT will identify the associated Business Partner Master in SAP Business One and sync Sales Reps to BigCommerce Bundle B2B as Admin.
Product (Add/Update)
- Items in SAP Business One will be synced to BigCommerce Bundle B2B as Products with all the default details.
- Any updates made to items in SAP Business One will also be synced to BigCommerce.
Price
- Multiple Pricelists allocated to Customers/Companies in SAP Business One will be synced and accordingly mapped in BigCommerce Bundle B2B.
Inventory
- Inventory updates in SAP Business One will be synced to BigCommerce Bundle B2B to maintain exact inventory levels.
- The inventory is taken as the in-stock quantity available in the ERP warehouses within SAP Business One corresponding to the BigCommerce website.
Order
- All B2C orders placed on BigCommerce will be synced to SAP Business One as Sales Order with details such as line items, users, shipping and billing addresses, payment methods, taxes and charges.
- For B2B orders, Order Add can be initiated from SAP Business One to BigCommerce Bundle B2B or vice versa with details such as line items, Company Accounts, hipping and billing addresses, payment methods, taxes and charges, since the integration is bidirectional.
Shipment
- Order fulfillment and shipment created in SAP Business One will be synced to BigCommerce Bundle B2B with the tracking ID. Web customers can track their shipments using this ID.
