With its huge sets of offerings to varied businesses, Magento has proved itself to be suitable for merchants all over the globe.
Last week, Magento came up with one of their grandest annual events till now, the Meet Magento Indonesia! Meet Magento is known to be the socio-global event of Magento where Magento experts, eCommerce enthusiasts, great advisers and thought-leaders and Magento community evangelists come together to bring something new to this platform and discuss the opportunities that might pave the way for a brighter future.
Meet Magento Indonesia was organized by ICUBE and was held on the 7th of August in one of the most beautiful and eCommerce-active cities in the world – Jakarta, Indonesia. Since the Adobe acquisition of Magento, this was the first Meet Magento organized. Consequentially, the expectations were high too!
APPSeCONNECT was glad to be a part of the event and very happy to be present in Indonesia to network and learn with people and provide business solutions that cater to this ever-growing industry. Mr. Subhajit Goswami, VP Global Business Development, APPSeCONNECT, and a business development enthusiast, was present in the THAMRIN NINE JAKARTA along with Mr. Sulagno Mukherjee, APPSeCONNECT product evangelist and an eCommerce enthusiast. Sulagno is passionate about helping businesses identify and fill gaps in their business processes.

He shared a glimpse of the advantages and disadvantages out of these acquisitions. He explained how Magento gained liquidity, exposure and vision involving each of the acquisitions.

Although there is still no official roadmap, he gave us a great deal of insight on what we can expect from this acquisition. We can surely expect Magento to be become more focused on customer experience based on the trillions of customer data that flows through Adobe’s platform.
