Patch code and release notes were published and last revised in July 2020. This year APPSeCONNECT has put in more effort in providing proficient customer experience and delivering a solution that seeks to empower the business processes much more. What’s New in APPSeCONNECT 4.7.0
Updates in this release include New Feature Development & Enhancements, UI Enhancements, Integration Enhancements & Adapters Enhancements.
This time, APPSeCONNECT has redefined the way it supports its customers by segregating journey categories into Design, Deploy and Manage and has keenly made enhancements to enrich the customer experience and the platform functionality. We will be moving forward with the developments in each of the categories. Also, apart from these, there are specific connector-based enhancements for you as well!.
Design
For designing our integration, APPSeCONNECT introduced the ProcessFlow suite (Beta version release) in the 2020-21 Q1 release that features an extensive interface to create robust process flows catering to your business requirements. In this release, we have added more features to ProcessFlow for the users which include Self-loop, Splitter Node, Merger Node, Decision Node, Unassign Lookup, Auto Retry, etc. These features are useful during the integration process as it helps you to move data with plug–and–play options.

Enhancements
- Workflow snapshots – Previously, in Workflow for the hosted agent, a snapshot was generated for a huge data sync, however, the POST node used to be blank. With this release, users can view the workflow POST node with accurate data of execution for both successful and failed data.
- Workflow self-loop iteration – Previously, Workflow with self-loop allowed only ‘2’ counts in the corresponding field to execute the self-loop. With this release, users can execute a workflow, enabling self–loop with values ranging from 1 to 99 counts. Therefore, a user can run the self-loop multiple times per the business/integration requirements.

Lookup Repository to Manage Static Data – Manage your reference tables in the lookup repository to maintain static data, required for integration.

Auto-retry for syncing failed data – Now get the auto-retry feature in ProcessFlow for the following uses:
- To sync failed data during execution.
- To set resync into either manual or automatic mode on a defined schedule.

Custom App Resource functions for mapping requirements – Now create custom-defined App Resource function in ProcessFlow, to address to your mapping requirements.
Manage
New Feature
- Snapshot View for Hosted Environment – APPSeCONNECT now provides the user with a snapshot view for Hosted Environment. This allows:
- To get a complete view of the integration process after execution.
- To resync the failed data directly.
Enhancements
- Feeds Message Display – Previously, a wrong message was getting updated in the feeds after updating the schedule interval of a workflow from the OP Agent from Auto to Manual. With this release, users will now get a proper message updated in the feeds after scheduling the time interval of workflow from Auto mode to Manual in the OP Agent.
Also, changes made in the schedule interval of the on-premise workflow was not being displayed properly. With this release, users will get updated feeds with proper messages after scheduling the time interval of workflow from the on-premise agent. - New User Registration Email Activation – Previously, broken hyperlinks were present in the New User Registration Email, which was taking into an erroneous page. With this release, the new user registration activation email template is fully updated with a fixation on broken links to the resources of getting started with our platform easily.
- View of Support Ticket – Previously, all tickets were visible irrespective of the customer or the organization. With this release, this issue has been resolved as the ticket view has been upgraded and streamlined and users can view organization and customers-specific tickets only.
