2018 is just about to end with the brand new year coming up and we thought, why not look back at the best things that have happened this year and the stuff we have done. This year we witnessed a lot of changes, created stories, made more connections, evolved into a bigger team and witnessed amazing innovations that paved the way for our growth and helped us reach new milestones!

We launched our Annual Event : InSynchrony
For the very first time, InSync was delighted to organize its own annual event, InSynchrony. The event aimed to share, showcase and sync up with the achievements of the past year, the plans for the upcoming year and bringing into light the interesting product updates for our partners, customers and the ecosystem. In 2018, the event was filled with great discussions, product feature releases, departmental dashboards and the introduction of the cloud-to-cloud integration feature in APPSeCONNECT integration platform. With the whole team of integration superheroes together, it was an event full of knowledge and fun.
We Introduced Cloud Integration
The introduction of the Cloud-to-Cloud integration and the ability to integrate any cloud-based application with one another has evidently been the biggest leap for us this year. APPSeCONNECT launched the amazing cloud integration feature in April, and since then our integration platform has evolved more, so as to provide all the functionalities for a seamless integration between two or more cloud applications. Since it is an iPaaS, being cloud-ready is something that our customers loved, and we are constantly working more on it for further improvements.
We Became GDPR Compliant
On April 14, 2016, the European Parliament approved the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which created a new regulatory framework unifying the data protection laws across the 28 European member states and replaced the existing EU Data Directive. The policy was set to come into regulation from 31st May and InSync was proactive to initiate the process as soon as possible. We are we are a fully GDPR compliant solution since May 2018. This proves how APPSeCONNECT has prioritized the concern of its customers and puts their security above all. With moving into the game-changing arena of iPaaS, we have made sure not to fall behind for anything!

Over the past year, APPSeCONNECT has rigorously worked hard to stand out as one of the most stable iPaaS solutions in the market. We Organized Many Events at Our New Office Space!
It was a privilege for us to be able to organize various events in Kolkata to nourish and enhance the IT ecosystem and share knowledge. These events included the InSync & XISS – Industry and Academia Connect, Magento Contribution Day, Magento Meetup Kolkata 2018, Bi-monthly Sprint Bazaar Sessions and Saturday Sessions.
We Ran for a Cause!
InSync was also a huge part and a driving force behind the Airtel Run for Education marathon organized with the aim to provide better education and amenities to the underprivileged children. Mr. Atul Gupta, Founder and CEO of InSync was the Race Director of Airtel Run for Education Kolkata this year and as a marathon and fitness enthusiast he inspired the team to run for a cause, like every year and will continue to do so!
We Encouraged Green Bikes
Team InSync not only enjoys staying fit but also makes sure the environment around us is also fit. By choosing the cycles called PEDL for traveling short distances, we are taking a step to make the environment cleaner and greener. By riding these green cycles, we are spreading the message far and wide – “Go Green”.
We Looked into the Team’s Wellbeing
Health is Wealth and for a thriving business, you need a thriving team. To ensure that the team members are fit and healthy, we organized two health check-up events this year and the outcome had been great and we will keep on promoting health and wellbeing in future. These are the health workshops we organized:
