- Web Orders placed in Amazon will sync accurately to SAP Business One under a default/one time customer with the following details:
- Item details
- Item pricing
- Taxes
- Shipping charges
- Discounts
- Billing and shipping address.
Item
- SAP Business One Item Master and Amazon Items will be mapped using the ASIN and Item Information Updates as well as
- Item Price Updates from SAP Business One will sync to Amazon. Such Updates will be reflected within Amazon Product Catalogue.
Inventory
- In Amazon FBA Model, Amazon manages the merchant’s Inventory. Thus, APPSeCONNECT will provide a daily FBA Inventory Report as a CSV/Excel within an FTP/SFTP folder which will provide a comprehensive view to the merchant.
- This Item-wise report will show important quantities such as:
- Quantity Sent to Amazon
- In Transit Quantity
- Received Quantity at Amazon FC
- Discarded/Rejected Quantity at Amazon FC
- Sold Quantity
- Quantity Returned from Customers
- Available Quantity
Commission
- Amazon collects different Fees & Commissions against each merchant order as well as other fees towards Item Listing, Storage, Shipping, etc. These Fees, Commissions and Refunds to the customer are usually reported to Merchant in each 14 days payment adjustment cycle. APPSeCONNECT will enable merchants with Payment Reconciliation daily and in a fully automated manner.
- A/R Credit Memos will be created in SAP Business One for different scenarios like Amazon Fees, Commissions about to be charged and Refunds. In this way APPSeCONNECT will continue to sync payment reconciliation within SAP Business One.
Orders
- Web Orders placed in Amazon will sync accurately to SAP Business One under a default/one time customer with the following details:

Item
- SAP Business One Item Master and Amazon Items will be mapped using the ASIN and Item Information Updates as well as

- Single or multiple warehouses of SAP Business One can be mapped in APPSeCONNECT to sync regular Stock Updates from SAP Business One to Amazon.
- Inventory Updates can also pick any of the below mentioned business logic:
- In Stock Quantity
- In Stock- Committed Quantity
- In Stock – Committed + Ordered Quantity
Shipment
- Deliveries created in SAP Business One against web sales orders will sync Shipment Updates to Amazon.
- Shipment tracking numbers, if mentioned in SAP B1 Delivery, will be updated in Amazon Web Order.
Commission
