- Any Item listed in Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be uploaded as Item in Zoho Books under All Items. The exact Web-Id of the item synced will be synced back to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Existing Item with details can also be synced to Zoho Books from Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Item sync works bi-directionally.
- Inventory Update that happens via Item Journal document in Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be synced to Zoho Books.
- Any new customer registered in Zoho Books will be synced to Microsoft Dynamics NAV as a Customer. All details of the web customer including billing and shipping address, contact information with email id and telephone number will also be synced to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Customer sync works bi-directionally.
- Any order placed in Zoho Books will be synced to Microsoft Dynamics NAV as Sales Order under the Sales section. All the order details like item ordered, amount, customer’s name and address will be synced to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Invoice created in Zoho Books for the Orders will be synced to Microsoft Dynamics NAV as Sales Invoice under Sales section. All the invoice details like item ordered, amount, customer’s name and address will be synced to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
