Will I get the support listed under ALR from the day I go live with APPSeCONNECT?

Yes. You will get all supports included under ALR for the entire first year of use of APPSeCONNECT under lump sum purchase policy.

Note: You need to renew your ALR exactly after one year from the date of purchase of the product.
