Standard maintenance and support on the connector can be provided against AMC. The support ensures flawless connector operation throughout the year in the client’s environment. Also, updates pertaining to new released patches and versions.
Reinstallation and additional or extended training/assistance will be charged extra.Additional Field Mapping will be carefully analyzed and in some cases, it might be chargeable.
