One can also pause Workflow and the workflow would resume automatically based on the scheduled time of the Autosync. Thus, it enables the user to have a visualization of the actual process flow. They could analyze the data flow at each segment and the functional components as well (like action filter, resync filter, mapping etc) governing the actual data that is fetched or processed or executed.
